In-App Upgrade Missing After Reinstall

I sent this a week ago via email, but have not gotten any response. Hoping I can find a solution one way or another...

Previously I purchased the in-app upgrade from ImageBank Lite+ to the full version. Today I loaded the update to the latest version from the app store. After doing this, the app would not launch, showing only the splash screen before dropping back to the springboard. In an attempt to remedy this, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. This fixed the crashing problem, but now it no longer recognizes that I have upgraded to the full version. I have my email receipt from iTunes, a picture of which is attached (to the original email). Please advise.

Hi, just repurchase the upgrade with the iTunes account you used before - you will not be charged multiple times if you bought the upgrade before.

Thank you for the answer. Might I suggest a note inside the app upgrade page that explains this? I say there since I assume the actual in-app purchase procedure is controlled by Apple, a procedure which asked me to confim my PURCHASE with price at least twice before telling me I could (re)download it for free.
